Exchanges and returns
At WAENN, we want you to enjoy your purchase with complete peace of mind.
As this collection is available for pre-order, we have established a specific policy to ensure a clear and transparent experience for all our customers.
Size exchanges
If, upon receiving your order, you need a different size, you may request an exchange within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, with its original label and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed to ship the new size, provided it is available.
Returns
During this initial pre-order, we do not offer refunds of the amount paid.
If you decide not to keep your purchase, you may request a gift card for the full value of the order, which you can use for future purchases at WAENN.
The gift card will not have an expiration date.
Conditions
To accept an exchange or issue a gift card, the product must:
- Be unworn.
- Retain all its original labels.
- Be in perfect condition.
- Be returned within the established timeframe.
WAENN reserves the right to reject products that do not meet these conditions.
